By participating in our trip, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Risks and Liability
1.1 By participating in this trip with Alnoor Caravan, you acknowledge and accept that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.
1.2 You acknowledge that there are risks inherent in traveling, including but not limited to, the hazards of traveling by air, bus, coach, tram, train, vehicle, water transport, or other means, by which death, injury or illness to you or damage or loss to your property may occur.
1.3 You assume all risks for any harm, trauma, injury or damage that you may suffer to your person or your property (whether foreseen or unforeseen) in connection with the trip.
1.4 You understand that there may be breakdowns, delays and sudden changes of schedules and/or cancellation of schedules for travel and that Alnoor Caravan will not be held responsible for any such delays, changes and cancellation of schedule of travel.
1.5 You understand that your property, including but not limited to luggage and personal items, may get lost or damaged during the trip and that you waive any right to claim any loss or damage on the part of Alnoor Caravan as regards to the same.
1.6 We strongly recommend that you take out a suitable travel insurance policy before embarking on the trip to cover for any medical expenses, personal injury, and cover for accidents, lost or damaged personal items, lost or delayed baggage, and for cancellation or missed departure, among others, during the trip.
1.7 You unconditionally release, discharge and indemnify and keep indemnified Alnoor Caravan and any of its affiliates, its servants, employees, agents, and contractors from any and/or all responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to any of your property, or any injury or death to you arising in any manner whatsoever (including by way of negligence of any other person or entity) out of your participation in the trip.
1.8 If any term or provision of this Indemnity is found to be unenforceable or void, in whole or in part, then the offending term shall be construed as valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions in this Indemnity shall remain in full force and effect. This Indemnity shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and EU.
1.9 By participating in the trip, you acknowledge that you have accepted the risks stated above and given the indemnity stated above of your own free will and you have not relied upon any verbal, written or visual representations or statements made by Alnoor Caravan and/or its affiliates, servants, employees, agents and contractors.
1.10 By signing this document, you further agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Alnoor Caravan or any of its affiliates, servants, employees, agents, and contractors in the same manner as provided in this indemnity that may be suffered to by the persons mentioned below, who you are traveling with, or their property, in connection with this trip.
Payment
2.1 After registration, you will be inform of the amount payable. This is a non-refundable and is required to confirm your place on the trip.
2.2 All payable amount must e-transfer to “alnoor.caravan@gmail.com” including your name into the transfer notes.
